About Us

AOM Australia was established in early 2004 when it became apparent that there was a growing market demand for more tangible, demonstrable results in clerical operations.

The Active Operations Management (AOM) methodology, training services and support tools were developed and refined over 10 years by the Organisation Consultancy Partnership, a premier UK-based consultancy.

Since moving into our new building in late 2009, we have set up the training facility to complement and support AOM.

We aim to support clients by providing a high quality service with flexibility.

Our state-of-the-art training facility was purpose-built and is located in the AOM building at Kensington, Adelaide. Just 10 minutes east of the city, the training facility has its own access and kitchen facilities, creating a separate learning zone for your participants. Two meeting rooms complement the facility and provide additional break-out rooms for your training needs or can be used as individual meeting rooms.

Our flexible room configuration means it is ideal for training programs, meetings, small conferences, lectures or workshops. We also provide up to date technology, including a team board, laptops, printers and wireless internet connectivity.

Our catering options are flexible and can be negotiated to suit your needs.
